Ep. 39: Baseball family life
Time for a new episode! Here’s the second of four extra conversations I recorded during my break this summer.
This is my friend and AoS contributor, Alysa Bajenaru. She’s a baseball wife—meaning, her husband is a minor league baseball coach (with a farm team for the Arizona Diamondbacks). This also means they travel a lot. They go to spring training and plenty of games together as a family—so while they have a home base in Texas, they live several months a year elsewhere.
Alysa has two kids, and I wanted to hear from her what nomadic living is like for all four of them. I found this whole topic fascinating. I think you will, too.
It’s another interesting chat. Settle in with your favorite cup, start that dinner or laundry folding, or strap on your shoes and go for a run!
