Weekend Links

These first two posts go together nicely, especially as we’ve been talking about Real Food:

Why Cultured Dairy and Cheese :: GNOWFGLINS
You Can Make Homemade Yogurt :: Kitchen Stewardship {I use the slow-cooker method Katie links to}

Recycled Book Valentine Card :: Recycled Lovelies
Study: Pregnant Women Contaminated :: The Daily Green

This last link is particularly interesting to me because I’m currently pregnant with our third child (just found out yesterday that it’s a girl!), and it’s sure a good reminder to be even more cautious than I usually am of the toxins that I expose myself to.

Thank you for everyone who has weighed in and given me some great ideas for more topics that you are interested in reading about. I look forward to incorporating them in as much as I can throughout 2011.

Happy Weekend!
