Weekend links

Oregon road

A little announcement: Part of our big blog network switcheroo around here is the transfer of some sites into Simple Mom. I’ll go in to more detail soon, but wanted to let you all know that this past week, the posts from Simple Design were imported here into Simple Mom. SD’s editor, Arianne Segerman, is venturing into her own creative endeavors with Mabel + Riv, and we’re super excited for her! Look for a post in a few weeks that’ll go into more details, but wanted to let you know about this change now, in case you went looking for SD archives. It’s all here now.

  1. yes, to love made me cry. What is it about that couple, the creativity or the fact that their family and friends wil go participate with what is obviously their whole hearts.

  2. Loved the link on “to the parents of small children.” Awesome!

  3. Tears for ‘Yes To Love’ followed by laughter for ‘To the parents of small children’. Did you read some of the comments? Hilarious!

  4. A million thanks for the link to “To the Parents of Small Children.” It was my salvation this afternoon. I’m bookmarking it for a good laugh-cry on those crappy days in the future!

  5. Wow, that was a stellar collection of links! I loved each one so much. Thanks for sharing them!

(Next time I’ll heed your tissue warnings – that was a tear-jerker! I was imagining myself as an old woman surrounded by a legacy of love through family, and how indescribably beautiful that would be. One can only hope to be so blessed.)

  6. They are fantastic links. Thanks !
