Weekend giveaway: Every Breath I Take

Today’s weekend giveaway comes from Simple Mom sponsor Every Breath I Take, where you can practice yoga through a virtual, online studio – when you want, as often as you want, and in the comfort of your own home. From Every Breath I Take:

Looking for a secret weapon to cultivate joy in your hectic holiday season? Your living room – yes YOURS – could be the answer to your prayers when you roll out your yoga mat and attend the Work Hard, Rest Deeply Series from the Virtual Yoga Studio at EveryBreathITake.com.

Yoga Instructor Jen Hoffman will deliver five unique classes to you right where you are, with a new class available each week through Christmas. These 40 minute classes combine 20 minutes of vinyasa flow – poses that release tension while increasing strength and balance – with 20 minutes of restorative yoga and Savasana – guided relaxation for growing joy-producing thoughts.

And just when you need the peace of relaxation the most, Jen will deliver a final full restorative yoga class on Christmas Eve. Follow nature’s example and enjoy a week of rest as you reflect on the joys in your life in this precious and passing moment.

Make “Work Hard, Rest Deeply” both your motto and your secret weapon this holiday season and into the New Year with a little help from the Virtual Yoga Studio at EveryBreathITake.com.

  27. After my mom died in September, I was determined not to gain weight like I did after my father died a couple of years ago. Despite my efforts, I noticed I have gained about seven lbs. I need to get back on track so I can be healthy and hopefully get to spend more time on earth than either of their short lives allowed for them. I know this package would help me do that! Thanks for sharing this resource, Tsh. =)
